Our group had an amazing time on the 90 minute Jet Ski tour. The staff was kind and attentive and they accommodated our large group so that we could be together. When booking our trip, Mark went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. I would definitely recommend booking through Key West Tour Company.

My daughter and I did the afternoon into evening snorkel/kayak tour this past Saturday. It was the perfect combination of activities. I was questioning the "expertise" of the crew upon boarding, as all 3 were quite young. That changed quickly. They were all so friendly, helpful and sooo knowledgeable. Kayla, the captain was warm and inviting, Nate was so friendly, he went around and talked to everyone and Angela, who was our group's guide for the snorkeling and then kayaking impressed me so much, not only of her vast knowledge of the flora and fauna but her extreme, genuine passion of it all. This girl loves what she does! Besides so much fun, I learned so much that afternoon and highly recommend this trip to everyone.

Awesome customer experience. I would use Key west Tours again .I just wish they did more they were great to work with. Mark was customer focused , engaging and new his business.
